Estonia's oldest city run invites athletes to Viljandi, where the starting gun will sound at noon on Sunday in front of the Viljandi sports hall. Several hundred swift feet will dash the 10.4-kilometer distance to determine the ultimate performer of the finish, the King of the Hill. Traditionally, the title of King of the Hill is awarded to the runner who completes the ascent of Pika Street with the best time.
