The Rummu Warrior Run is an obstacle race that takes participants through water, sand, mud, and over hills, making it the most versatile running course in Estonia. The course stretches approximately 7.5 km for the main race and 4 km for the short race, where participants encounter nearly 30 natural and specially constructed obstacles that test their entire physical ability. The course is marked with arrows, ribbons, and course marshals, and largely follows existing paths and roads. It is important to note that the use of spiked or studded shoes is prohibited in the competition.
