Solstice Runs are a competitive series that summarizes the year, where the age group membership is determined by the competitor's year of birth. The age groups for the 2025 season are 2.5 km (1 lap) and 5 km (2 laps), with timing done via chips. All participants receive a sweet treat and water or tea at the finish line, and the top three in each age group receive a diploma and a prize. In the annual overall standings, the results of all stages are counted, provided that participants have taken part in at least three stages.
