Kambja Tervisejooksud

Kambja Health Runs are a traditional running series event that started in 2016 and will take place in 2026 over three stages. The runs are held on Kambja health trails, offering participants the opportunity to enjoy forest paths and some asphalt segments. The goal of the series is to promote healthy lifestyles and motivate people to engage in health running. Each stage features a 10 km race, as well as a health run and a power run, which use a formula based on body weight and elevation gain to determine the winner. All runners who participate in all three stages receive a series shirt, and the main winners are awarded a Merida Big Nine 20 bicycle.

Start is open on the event day from 18:00 to 20:00, the 10 km race starts at 18:00 at each stage, and the finish line closes at 21:00. Timing is electronic. Registration is free and available online at regama.ee/kambja or on-site at the event center. The top three finishers in the race are awarded medals or trophies.
